Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped same day before 2 PM (PST).  Orders received after 2 PM (PST) will be shipped the following business day.

All products are discreetly shipped and billed. Shipping is done via USPS.

Shipping Insurance

Muscle Growth Lab offers an option to include shipping insurance, which protects your shipment from damage or loss. If shipping insurance is not purchased, the customer forfeits any shipping protection and takes full responsibility of any damage or loss during shipment.

Shipping and Handling Prices

• USPS First Class/Priority mail (3-5 days) - Shipping is based on weight.  Pricing starts at $2
• APO/DPO/FPO orders - Be sure to select 'United States' as the country

*A quick note about our shipping*

We make absolutely no profit on our shipping.  For 95% of our orders, we actually ship at a loss in order to offer the lowest prices in shipping without making us increase our product prices or starving our employees. :)

Return Policy
Refunds will be given only if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging.  Products that have been opened will not qualify for a refund.  Shipping costs unfortunately will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Also note that returns will incur the exact shipping cost we paid along with a 5% restocking fee.  Please see terms and conditions for further detail.  Here is what you need to do for a refund:

1. Login to your account
2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
3. Click the Return Item(s) button
4. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 - 20 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
