I was skeptical because of the name and no PCT required. I started at 2/day and stacked with decapoise so I didn't loose too much weight while getting cut up. I'd suggest going right into the 3-4/day as instructed. Didn't feel anything the first week at 2/day, by the time I finished at 4/day I was right around the same weight as before I started but remember, I was taking decapoise and wanted to get cut up without loosing the weight. Just going for the harder more defined look without weight loss. The A-50 did it's job, next time I'll probably star it with a different bulk item to see just how effective it can be.
