Normally I like to bulk up mass first, then cut down. I like this stack because it sort of takes care of itself for me. I packed on about 8 lbs of muscle and noticed I shed 3 inches off my waist.

Good for bulking
Just finished bulking phase for the winter. Did 2 back to back cycles with this stack and ended up packing on about 16 lbs. Also, customer service with these guys is top notch
