As a first-time customer, if you order any of the supplements we manufacture ourselves and don’t like it, it's yours to keep.  Products must have the "Crazy Muscle" logo on the label in order to qualify.

Just email us and you'll get store credit to try any of our other products.

No messy forms or a requirement to return the unused products.

Fraud is everywhere online so in order to protect us, the satisfaction guarantee is only valid for first time purchases of single-bottle products (stacks are not included and limit 1 reimbursement per product) and valid up to 30 days after purchase.

So to sum it up, here's how the process works:

1. Try the products and feel free to ask as many questions about the products or your nutrition/training so you get the most out of your time with the product.
2. If you aren't satisfied, email us at info@crazymuscle.com and share your feedback on which product you weren't satisfied with and why.
3. We will verify that this is your first order with us and that the product you weren't satisfied with qualifies for store credit reimbursement.
4. You will receive a code that allows you to place another order on our site for the exact amount you spent on the qualifying products you weren't satisfied with .

Here are the requirements:

1. Try the products and feel free to ask as many questions about the products or your nutrition/training so you get the most out of your time with the product.
2. If you aren't satisfied, email us at info@crazymuscle.com and share your feedback on which product you weren't satisfied with and why
3. We will verify that this is your first order with us and work with you to help you get the results you want.
4. You'll need to implement the recommendations we make and document your progress.
5. If you still don't get the results you want, you will receive a code that allows you to place another order on our site for the exact amount you spent on the qualifying products you weren't satisfied with.
